Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be strictly followed when opening and managing an account on ng999.

You must be at least 21 years old to use ng999. Any account belonging to an underage person will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. 21+
One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be permanently closed and all accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.
Accuracy of Information
The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may cause account verification to fail and services to be suspended.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. ng999 will not be held responsible for unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
ng999 may request identity verification at any time. If the required documents (such as a national ID card or proof of payment) are not submitted in a timely manner, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms
ng999 has specific limits and methods for depositing and withdrawing funds. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- The deposited amount will be added directly to your ng999 wallet.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
- Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals cannot be completed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- Withdrawals are only possible from a verified account.
ng999 does not charge any additional fees on transactions; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees. ng999 bears no responsibility for such fees.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ng999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the conditions below before using these offers.
Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at ng999, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000 you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳11,000.
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed.
- The bonus may be claimed only once per account.
- Not all game types can be played with bonus funds; restrictions may apply to certain games or categories.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
Other Promotional Offers

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
- Violation of terms or fraudulent activity.
- Use of multiple accounts.
- Applying betting strategies outside the permitted limits.
- Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time.

ng999's five-tier VIP program provides weekly cashback benefits for active players.
Bronze
Weekly cashback: up to 0.2%. This is the entry-level tier of ng999's VIP journey.

Weekly cashback: up to 0.4%. This tier is reached through consistent activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 — Fair Play Policy
